I love awkwardness. Especially in hair.
On some, re-growth can be an awkwardly shocking and rather hideous affair, on others - pretty darn cool. A fair while ago now I dyed my hair a lighter colour and, whilst I enjoyed a bit of a change, (my natural hair is a decidedly unfortunate dark brown colour) I'm having much more fun with the resulting re-growth. Unfortunately, I think I belong in the former category of those who cannot pull off re-growth without looking, well ... awkward. Sadly. AND If I wasn't trying to grow my hair down to my bellybutton, I'd get it cut to that funny length between short and long hair which I find rather eye-catching and substantially less boring than most other lengths out there. What I intend to do with my hair once it does reach my bellybutton, I have no idea... most likely I'll end up cutting it to that funny, awkward length and start the growing process all over again - just for something different.
