what's new in denim shoes :

Every season there is a new must-have pair of jeans on the market but there are also a lot of shoes that are made of denim, and this season there appears to be more ways to use denim in shoes than ever before.

The athletic shoe and the skate shoe are using a lot more denim with painted or printed denim gathering a lot of attention. For running these typically aren’t the best fabric but for skating and fashion denim is a prime choice.

On the other end of the spectrum, denim is showing up more in dress shoes. It’s funny how many times you hear people say how great something would go with jeans, just imagine how good your denim shoes will go with your jeans. All kidding aside, I have a pair of denim kitten heels that I bought ages ago and they’re still a favorite of mine and I always get compliments on them.

There are examples of denim shoes in almost every category and it’s a fun way to play with America’s favorite fabric. Buy a pair and wear them often, just remember that denim isn’t typically a very breathable fabric, which is why you’ll probably not find a lot of denim boots
