BALL

My ball is about 2 months away and even though I have my dress already I can't help but fall in love with all of these. They're absolutely gorgeous, esepescially Dion Lee's designs, those pleats are incredible!! Rodarte is also so beautiful, I wish I could have those dresses for my ball, it would be my dream!! Even though I absolutely hate my school at the moment.....they take punishments way to far..

Who knew that Rodarte's Kate and Laura got their inspiration for the Black Swan tutus from Degas' bronze statue, nestled at the Norton Simon museum, Pasadena ! I've actually visited & have learned a bit about Edgar Degras, so I got a little excited when I  read about it in the Jan. 2011 issue of Vogue.
